We believe in crafting delicious treats that are big on flavor. We’re staying true to our customers by ensuring our ingredients are just as top-notch as our taste. This means we’ve cut High Fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, artificial flavors and preservatives.

We maintain a comprehensive Food Safety Program that includes SQF level 3 certifications in our Abilene site and certificates obtained from the American Institute of Baking (AIB).
The SQF (Safe Quality Food) program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and links primary production certification to food manufacturing distributions and agent/broker management certification.

These programs include maintaining certified HACCP plans and complete allergen control programs. The allergen control program allows us to protect the consumer from possible exposure to ingredients that the FDA has identified as containing allergens through a combination of scheduling and cleaning practices.
