The reviews are in and our berry chocolate muffins with cookie pieces have been voted “berry delicious”! These tasty muffins blend delicious berries with our Tru-Blu Coconut Macaroon for a rich fusion of flavour that’s sure to make your taste buds go wild.

Perfect to share among the kids, as a road trip snack or as a date night idea, these muffins take the cake when it comes to mouth watering flavour with fluffy consistency. 

This recipe isn’t very complex, but you may want an extra pair of hands around the kitchen to help get everything done as quickly as possible.

¼ Cup Butter, Softened 

1/2 Cup Caster Sugar

2 Large Eggs

1 Cup Milk

1 and 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 and 1/2 Cups Self Raising Flour

1 and 1/2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Berries

1 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour, Extra

2/3 Cup White Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Coconut Macaroon Tru-Blu Cookies (crushed)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter and castor sugar together
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Then beat in the milk
  4. Fold in the flour, berries, white chocolate chips and coconut macaroon cookies. (If using frozen berries toss them through 1 tbsp of flour to ensure they don’t sink to the bottom of the muffins.)
  5. Be sure to NOT over mix
  6. Spoon into the muffin cases and place in the oven for 15 – 25 minutes
  7. When a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean they are done.
